These policies were created to optimize tee sheet utilization, pace of play, and course conditions:
Smaller groups will be paired into foursomes
Public play is limited to four players maximum
Two golf carts maximum per foursome
No additional golf carts for non golfers; ride-alongs are only permitted when a seat is available within your group
Pace of Play is less than 4 hours and 30 minutes for 18 holes and less than 2 hours and 15 minutes per 9 holes
All golfers must check in prior to play in the golf shop
Golfers must have their own or rent golf clubs
Men golf apparel is preferred: We do not allow cut offs, tank tops, gym shorts, graphic tee shirts, or work or cowboy boots
Women Golf apparel is preferred: We do not allow strapless tops, graphic tee shirts, shorts/skorts/skirts that are shorter than mid thigh, and cowboy boots
Golfers assume all liability for injury or damage caused during stipulated round
Food and Beverage Policies:
All food and beverage must be purchased from the Miller Creek Pub located On Site
Pursuant to Lawrence County Ordinance: Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed on premise
Use of personal coolers for other than water is prohibited
We will begin selling our 2026 Season Golf Passes on Monday, 1/12/26 for returning passholders and Golf Estates Residents. We will sell a total of 150 Season pass programs in 2026. Our presale from 1/12/26 - 2/27/26 is for our loyal customers that purchased an annual pass in 2025. After this presale we will open up the remaining annual pass programs for sale to new passholders in 2026.
